office corporation may charge
24for services provided under this subchapter. Any amount charged for services may
25not exceed the actual cost of the service provided, unless a specific charge for the

6committee. At the first meeting, the committee shall elect cochairpersons. The
7legislative fiscal bureau and the department of workforce development shall provide
8staffing assistance to the committee. The committee shall explore alternatives and
9make recommendations to restore the unemployment reserve fund to a sound fiscal
10condition. The committee shall report its findings and recommendations, together
11with proposed legislative changes, to the governor, to the joint committee on finance,
12and to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature in the same manner
13as provided in section 13.172 (3) of the statutes, no later than December 31, 2011.".
